The Miami Tennis World has gained in 2015 the support of one of the biggest banks in the world, Itau. Itau is the new sponsor of the so known and that used to be called “Miami Open”, that now had the name replaced for “Miami Open Presented by Itau”. The largest privately owned bank from Latin America will be sponsoring the tennis event during the months of March and April from 2015-2019, that take place at the Crandon Park Tennis Center in Key Biscayne.

Being such a cultural city Miami open the doors even more now for the world of sport and entertainment. The city is already known for its magnificent and diverse places, restaurants, nightlife, beaches, music and art, shopping places, hotels and spas, and its beautiful palm trees. For the ones that live in Miami and support the sport will have the pleasure of making part of this new big project that will give more energy and power for the growth of the sport of tennis in Miami. Hopefully, in the many years to come Miami will be known for one of the main and unique cities that support with excitement the sport of tennis, and the diversity of culture that come to attend sports events every year.
